    • Thanks Dana, you are quite correct. I didn’t develop my arthritis until my late 30′s due to 10-15 years of track, cross-country running, ski racing including slalom, ski jumping and other similar punishment that gave me the “privilege” of knee surgery to remove the bone spurs that developed in my knees. I lived with this pain for the past 29 years except for the past 3-4 years since I became an OG distributor and take my Organo Gold supplements and beverages daily.
